Hello again, I've made Slovakia this time and added some visual improvements.

I've decided to keep Bratislava red instead of coloring it in light blue, since it is inside Bratislavský kraj. Reason? Bratislavský kraj has blue/gold flag, but Bratislava itself rolls on red: City webpages, city crest (red shield + white castle), public transport and so on.

The result? Trnavský kraj get spagetthified and Banskobystrický kraj ate a lot of Slozempic. Other than that, the proportions aren't much off.
