1 eSIM on 2 iPhones???

Have iOS 27 DB 5 and I saw this and I was wondering if anyone knew how this Handoff thing works??

I guess it keeps you signed into iMessage and then it uses the calls on the other devices? Seems pretty cool.

Yep this is QuickSwitch. It was added in beta 5 for T-Mobile.

Do you know with the new Lexvor AiR getting a carrier profile in iOS 27, does that add support for this feature or is it T-Mobile post-paid only?

Only T-Mobile bundle gets it for now. It’s not enabled in the wholesale bundle Lexvor is using.

They don't have a dedicated bundle in 27 but they do have custom config being included in a shared bundle now (which should stop RCS from being disabled when IMSI rotates).

Interesting website. Looking at the carrier bundle my US Mobile line uses on Tmobile its showing I should have SA but I don't..

T-Mobile essentially does this already if you get a SIM from them with the specific plan: “Data with paired Digits”. This plan is another sim or eSIM that duplicates (on the backend) another voice plan’s number.

Works cross platform too. You can have your one number ring on multiple devices.

So it can use data an celular in both phones without paying 2 lines?

You would still need a data connection on both or WiFi.
