Every now and then, songs in my playlists randomly become unplayable and I get this message. Sometimes these songs become available to play again, a lot of times they don’t - like in this instance, making the listening experience very unreliable. I haven’t changed anything in my phone’s location settings or anything.

Before someone comes in and says this isn’t AM’s fault or it’s because of the artist or whatever - I really don’t care. This never happened to my music on Spotify. For all their slop and AI crap, Spotify is reliable and delivers. I paid for Apple Music, including this track (which was obviously available to play in my location when I added it). What exactly am I paying for if the music I listen to randomly becomes inaccessible?

I had some music player on my last iphone which isn't available on app store anymore. It could download music from yt and store it in different playlists to listen them offline. I tried all offline players but none of them have these playlists feature, can u suggest any apps?

This has probably been said a million times but here’s 1 more! It’s annoying how some albums will have the animated or full screen art but some albums by the same artist don’t! I would be more understanding if the newer albums had it and the older ones didn’t, but some are so random it makes no sense. Ok my rant for the day is over. Apple Music > Spotify.

Discovered the Replay feature on Apple Music a couple of days ago and god, I love this.

I found so many tracks that I used to listen to and had completely forgotten about after switching to another streaming service. Ended up rediscovering a bunch of old favourites through Replay. 🎶

I’ve been using Apple Music since 2018, and this feature honestly gave me a lot of nostalgia. Not even sure when they added it, but I’m glad I found it now.

I haven’t had an Apple Music subscription for the last 6 months, so let me know if there are any other cool features I might have missed!

Whenever I listen to certain albums (such as disintegration by the cure shown on the photo) the animated artwork just messes up and it doesn’t cover the whole background as it’s supposed to on the app. Is this a problem with my phone? Or is it a problem within the app? And is there any way that I’m able to fix it so this stops happening

Ich bin ein Solo-Entwickler in der Schweiz und AlbumDeck ist meine erste App. Ich habe sie gebaut, weil ich es vermisst habe, Musik anhand von Albumcovern auszuwählen, anstatt eine Liste von Namen durchzuscrollen.

Was es tut

AlbumDeck liest deine iOS-Musikbibliothek und stellt sie als 3D-Karussell von CD-Jewelcases dar – Scharnier, Kanten, Glanz und Reflexionen, wie ein Regal voller Discs. Du wischst seitlich und die Cover fließen vorbei – das Cover in der Mitte ist dasjenige, das im Fokus steht.

Tippe auf dieses Cover und es klappt um, um die Titelliste auf der Rückseite anzuzeigen, so wie du die Rückseite einer CD lesen würdest. Tippe auf einen Titel und die Wiedergabe beginnt. Die Wiedergabe läuft über den Systemplayer, sodass sie weitergeht, wenn du die App verlässt, und die „Jetzt läuft“-Steuerung sowie der Sperrbildschirm verhalten sich genau wie gewohnt.

Um große Bibliotheken besser navigieren zu können, kannst du einfach auf einen Buchstaben in der A–Z-Leiste tippen und das Karussell springt direkt zu diesem Künstler oder filtert auf die Alben eines einzelnen Künstlers.

Wie es sich auf Apple Music bezieht

Es funktioniert mit allem in deiner iOS-Bibliothek, was für die meisten Leute hier Apple Music bedeutet. Alles, was du hinzugefügt hast, wird mit seinem Artwork angezeigt – einschließlich Alben, die du in der Cloud speicherst, anstatt sie herunterzuladen. I really liked the identical, downloadable images we could get for artists, albums, songs, playlists, and stations in 2024. For whatever reason they only included artists, songs, and albums last year. Maybe I missed something.

I really like seeing and sharing my most played radio stations, because I have weirdly been using AM for terrrestrial radio more than on-demand music this year. I really hope they bring this back.

How can i reedem my apple music using my student mail id

Anybody knows why apple permanently doesn’t add a function to add a radio to your favorite list. Is it really hard to do that? Or I am the only one who needs that? Yesss I know there are many radio apps but I’m a small purist and if I have just one music app have already installed at my phone I don’t need any others.. maybe someone knows how to do that?

I have an IPhone 16 and a 2010 MacBook Pro, it seems the 2 won’t talk with each other due to gap in hardware/software technologies and I’m having a hard time transferring songs to phone.

I have an account with iomoio with a good bit of credits I’m trying to use to buy music, I can download it to the Mac but can’t transfer to iPhone.

I can also download music into iPad and transfer them to iPhone, but it won’t go into Apple Music, it’s just a file.

What I’m looking for is a work around on this, be it a way to make these songs transferable to the Apple Music on the phone, web suggests something like 3rd party file transfer services, like Google Drive, although I’d suspect same result, they’ll end up as files unable to transfer to Apple music, don’t know, if someone can confirm that it’d be great.

Maybe another alternative is to transfer all music to a different app which I’d use to listen to my music? If that’s the case, which one and would I be able to move all existing songs on my Apple Music to said app? I don’t think I have any music purchased from Apple Music, everything been transferred from iTunes and carried over from various iPhones over the years.

I wrote about this a month ago and only got one reply. Back in late May my Smart Playlists stopped working on both my Pixel 7a and my Android tablet. Both are running the most current OS. After working my way backwards through AM updates I found the 5.2.1 update restored the Smart Playlist function. Every version newer than 5.2.1 kills the function. I've installed and uninstalled both the old and newest software versions several times on both the phone and tablet. The results are consistent. BTW, I created the Smart Playlists on a Windows 11 laptop. Is anyone else on an Android/Windows system able to use Smart Playlists on the newest AM software on their Androids?

When you play music from the recent searches section, it bugs and duplicates the song in the search.

I’m on iOS 27 beta 8 and the Auto mix feature is significantly improved imo, two very different genres look how it blends em both.

Is anyone else getting flooded with obvious AI artists in their recommendations? I mostly listen to indie and rock, but my Discovery Station keeps pushing these weird, clearly generated tracks. I keep marking them as "Suggest Less," but it does nothing.
