Instead of accepting that some people genuinely can eat whatever they want without gaining weight, people project their own insecurities. They call them a liar because it makes them feel better about their own struggles. At the end of the day, genetic lottery is real, great metabolisms exist, and the obsession with policing what famous people eat says way more about the public's insecurity than it does about the celebrity's plate. (Saying this from my own experience I have a fast metabolism and I'm physically active, I won't say I have the fittest body like celebrities but people around me comment on my body and my diet all the time instead of accepting that different bodies work differently, they project their insecurities by making me feel bad about my own body, but only "fat shaming" is considered body shaming)
